YingJu Chen is a 2027 J.D. candidate at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Prior to law school, she obtained a degree in agrology and worked in technology project management and international development in Central America. Since moving to Indianapolis, she has quickly become a valuable asset to the legal community, contributing a wide variety of experience in guardianship, civil legal services, and policy research.
