Tony Abbott has been litigating cases in Indiana for more than thirty years. He represents clients engaged in business disputes, as well as individuals who have been injured as a result of another person’s negligence. His experience makes him an asset to cases relating to health care, personal injury, estate planning and probate administration, and small business litigation.

Tony is admitted to practice before state and federal courts located in Indiana, as well as the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. Tony’s litigation work takes him to courts located throughout the State of Indiana. He has also served as lead counsel before courts located in Michigan and Kentucky. Tony has served on the Executive Committee for the Litigation Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
