Miranda Steele is an experienced attorney, who has represented clients in both civil and criminal matters. Her practice areas include medical malpractice, personal injury, guardianships, immigration, business formation and litigation, real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate administration.

Miranda is admitted to practice before the Indiana state and federal courts and is an active member of both the Indiana Bar Association and Indianapolis Bar Association. Miranda has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Hope College in Holland, Michigan, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.

Miranda enjoys spending her free time engaged in working out while spending quality moments with her two beloved dogs, Nova and Arthur, alongside my child.

Tony Abbott has been litigating cases in Indiana for more than thirty years. He represents clients engaged in business disputes, as well as individuals who have been injured as a result of another person’s negligence. His experience includes cases relating to health care, personal injury, mold exposure, workplace injuries, fraudulent misconduct, defamation, dangerous property conditions, and automobile collisions.

Tony also has a thriving probate and estate practice, which includes the preparation of will and trusts, powers of attorney, living wills and related instruments, as well as the administration of estates upon death.

Tony is admitted to practice before state and federal courts located in Indiana, as well as the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. Tony’s litigation work takes him to courts located throughout the State of Indiana. He has also served as lead counsel before courts located in Michigan and Kentucky. Tony has served on the Executive Committee for the Litigation Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association.

Donald F. Foley

Donald F. Foley was born in Indianapolis in 1941. He was admitted to the Indiana State bar in 1967 after finishing his Undergraduate education at DePauw University and earning his legal degree from Indiana University in 1967. Donald was Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Marion County from 1971 to 1972. He is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, U.S. District Court, both Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Tax Court.
